What should be the format of the submissions?

What should be the format of the submissions?

What should be the type of contents to be submitted in the sheets?
The sheet may be composed out of Autocad Drawings, Three-dimensional renders, photographs and sketches along with relatable text.
Can the proposal be more or less than 500 words?
500 is the optimum number of words. Any proposal written in 100 words less or more, should be fine. However, avoid submitting a proposal in less than 400 words or more than 550 words.
What if my proposal does not include any sustainable features?
Any proposal without such features will still be considered, provided the reason for not including any green ideas must be well explained through the idea.
Should the unit be movable across large distances or short distances?
The distance covered by the submitted unit is upto the team’s idea. However, considering the brief states that these units are being considered to solve the issue of mass immigration, proper steps should be kept in mind regarding mobility.
Should we submit the profiles of the Professionals involved?
No. Any idea/proposal/sheet should only be recognisable by the Team Code. Incase any additional information is required, we will directly get in touch with you.
Is the submission to be sent by email as a soft copy?
Yes. It is to be submitted to submissions@designxdesign.in
How many images per project can be submitted?
There are no such restrictions for the number of images that can be used. It should be according to the proposal. However, 10 is an optimal number of images that can be adhered to.
Is there a maximum number of sheets that may be submitted?
Maximum 1 sheet of A1 size should be submitted.
Is there a minimum number of sheets that may be submitted?
There is no specified minimum. However, at least 1 sheets of A1 size should be given for the jury to understand your idea.
Can students participate?
Yes, students are eligible and encouraged to participation .
Can people from fields not related to design also participate?
It is an open competition. We are looking for ground breaking ideas from people of any field.

Can there be more than 3 members in a team?
No. Only three names can be registered as a team.
Can one person be involved in two teams?
No. Each team should have three separate members. Any repetition in team members may lead to disqualification to both teams.
